As I am sure you are aware, it can be challenging to meet people you can seriously consider dating. While I have had some success meeting atheists through meet up groups, dating potential has remained rather sparse. One of the challenges I am having is that the women I am meeting are not looking for a monogamous relationship. Ultimately I would like to start a family and I am not comfortable with open relationships. If you are looking for casual dating, please be courteous and make that known upfront. I'm not opposed to casual dating, but my intention is to find someone as thrilled about me as I am of her and raise a family together.

A little about who I am: I consider myself to be a libertarian atheist. While I don't think labels can perfectly describe a person, this seems to be the most accurate description using only a few words.

On a different note, I like many genre of music, but I really don't care for country. I have a 10" telescope that I really enjoy and can stay out all night exploring the sky. I am into CrossFit and try to workout at least five times per week. I enjoy cruising on my Harley when the weather is nice. I probably watch more YouTube than cable television. Unfortunately I haven't been lucky enough to find a job that I am thrilled about, but I don't mind what I do. I have had this job for nearly fifteen years and the pay and benefits are decent enough. The hours are great. I think that is probably enough for now. If you would like to learn more then perhaps a date might be in order.

Who I am looking for: Well, I'm not looking to date a hundred women. I'm hoping to find just the right one, so I'll try to be as specific as possible. To no small degree I am looking for someone whose mind complements my own. My desire to start a family is very strong. I find narrowing an age range to be challenging. While I would love to find a woman within a few years of my own age, it seems women in their late thirties are not looking to have children or any more children. Of course this is a generalization and I don't mean to exclude all women over 35 from my search. It would be nice to find someone that can connect with on a maturity level, which is why I also think that the further your age under thirty, the more challenging our compatibility would be. To recap, it would seem I have narrowed the age range to 30-35, but not strictly.
Physically, I guess I would prefer someone under 5'7". I think you should care enough about yourself to make an effort to be healthy. You don't need to be a health fanatic, just have a desire to be healthy and I think we can help to take care of each other. Other than that I really don't have any requirements or anything. Your education level, income, race, these are not contributing factors for me when looking for a potential date.
