I love the outdoors, hunting, fishing, hiking and swimming. I am an avid haunted house visitor and try to go to them as much as I can. I also love going to concerts but sadly I don’t get to go nearly as often as I would like. The concerts that I am able to attend are generally of a hard rock nature. I am also a firearm enthusiast and am currently in the process of learning how to repair them.
Due to injuries sustained in the military and after, I am currently going back to school and learning a different trade. At least two of the injuries will continue to get worse as time goes on. I mention this first because it is indeed a major factor in my life and something I have to work around. I do have a sense of humor and will always try to make people smile and laugh however it has been described as being, rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. I am not sure how true this is but I do speak my mind and sometimes it offends people. The people that it doesn’t offend have become life long friends that I value more than anything. I have been told that I have a very soft side when I choose to show it. So if you can find it you will see a side of me that not many people know about. Having been raised like I was in the military and having actually served in both the Army and Navy I do have the mentality that comes with those professions.
With that being said I am a shy person until you get to know me and then I am fairly outgoing. I have worked very hard to find a middle ground so that it’s less extreme personality change once a person gets to know me. I am also a failed romantic, meaning whenever I try to do something romantic, life intervenes and messes up my attempt to be romantic, but I try. Also I cannot have children of my own so if that is something that is very important to you then I may not be the one that you’re looking for. I don’t mind if a woman has children and I will treat them as my own to the best of my ability. That being said I will never refuse the father access to the child unless that person is a threat to the child.
