Crazy people scare me.

I'm a blue-state kind of guy trapped in a red-state world. I'm a New Mexico transplant to the Dallas region by way of Atlanta who is helplessly addicted to border Mexican food (anything slathered with green chile is good eatin'), horror films (no matter how bad they are), and any urban fantasy book that does NOT have sparkling vampires in it.

I am beginning to enjoy traveling more, though again I am constrained by budget. Last year, I went to London and Amsterdam and had a great time, and I was very happy to see more of the world. London especially rocked, and I got to go out to Stonehenge, which was definitely one of those moments and places in my life that I'll always remember. There are certain places that I'd really like to see in my lifetime, like Australia, New Zealand, Alaska, anywhere in the British Isles, and last but not least, Moscow. And maybe Greece.

A final few words of warning . . . while I have a diverse set of opinions, I tend to lean to the left politically. That's right, I'm a Southern (moderate) liberal. If you are the sort of person who has ever uttered the phrase, "I don't care what gay people do as long as they don't do it in front of me," then I highly doubt that we will get along. And if all of your pics involve you at a bar drinking, then chances are that we aren't a match. Finally, I'm a Orthodox Agnostic, so if your profile goes into depth on the importance of God and or children (both of which I'm allergic to), then to you then all I can say is . . . what in the world can THAT be? *Runs away while you're not looking.*
